The Village does not follow a one-size-fits-all model. Whether a woman wants to learn about a health topic that affects her, better understand current Women’s health guidelines, receive new or ongoing aesthetic services, or attend a Village retreat, this community was built on the belief that it truly takes a village to provide meaningful care. We believe knowledge is power, and that each person brings valuable insight into her own life and health. Our philosophy is to meet each woman where she is, support her individual goals, and help her move toward the life she wants to live.

Over time, Nikki realized she was not living the balanced, intentional life she encouraged her patients to pursue. After long hours in demanding work environments, she often left feeling burned out, with little energy for the self-care she discussed with patients every day. One day, she said aloud, “I’m taking care of everyone except me.” That realization led her to explore a new path—and ultimately to create The Village of NC and Associates. The village wants you to realize the possibilities of an increased quality of life and the right approaches to help you reach your goals, It’s never the wrong time to invest in yourself.

The Village of NC is a women’s health-focused business founded by Nicole “Nikki” Chappell, WHNP-BC,
C-RHI, to offer women a more personal and supportive approach to health and wellness. After decades in traditional healthcare settings, Nikki often heard women describe feeling rushed, unheard, or confused by their care. She created The Village to offer a different experience—one centered on listening, education, and individualized support.
